Franchise Process in 6 Steps

1. Application and Evaluation

The application received by us is evaluated by the Franchising Department within two days at the latest. Within three business days after the completion of the necessary examinations, the franchising department gives an appointment to the franchise candidate and a face-to-face meeting is held. In this meeting, the franchise candidate is given detailed information about participating in the system..


2. Evaluation and Sharing the Feasibility Report
If your application is found positive, the property you are considering for the store is visited within two days and an on-site evaluation is made. The feasibility of the candidate property is made by the Franchising Department within one day. The features, advantages and disadvantages of the region are determined. The report prepared as a result of the feasibility made is shared with the franchise candidate within two days, whether positive or negative.

3. Signing the Franchise Agreement
The list of documents required for the preparation and signing of the franchising agreement is given to the franchise. 4. Drawing the Architectural Project and Starting the Application

Upon request, the application is carried out by the Çelebihan Architecture team within the conditions to be foreseen.

5. Staffing and Training
The staff list and qualifications required for the store to be opened are determined by Çelebihan Human Resources Department. The training of the whole team, especially the operator, is completed in 2 days under the supervision and follow-up of our training consultant. (If deemed necessary, personnel can be recruited by Human Resources.)

6. Preparation and Opening of Advertising and Promotion Materials
Brochures, magnets, promotional sheets etc. belonging to the Çelebihan store before the opening. Printed advertising materials are determined by Çelebihan design team and delivered to the store in printed form. Until 1 day before the store is opened, the first orders are prepared and shipped by the production on behalf of the entrepreneur. The store, which is checked by the operation team before opening and ready to open, starts selling with the support team.
