REFUND CONDITIONS AND RULES

You can return the products you have purchased within 1 day from the invoice date. The original parcel and packaging of the product you are returning must be intact. Products with no packaging or damaged products are not refundable. You must send the delivery note and warranty document with the product you want to return. If the product you want to return is defective, the shipping fee is covered by us. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to the customer. If the product is invoiced on behalf of the company, a return invoice must be issued by the relevant company.

DELIVERY TERMS

Your products are freshly produced and shipped to you the next day after your order is confirmed. In order for your order to be confirmed, the price of the products you have purchased must be paid by credit card or money order / EFT. Approved orders will be delivered to cargo within 5 business days. We Have No Payment System at the Door.

Baklava orders placed outside of Gaziantep on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are produced and shipped on the next business day at the latest.

Orders placed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday are produced on Monday and shipped in the freshest form.

Door delivery fast delivery option is available for Istanbul and Ankara orders. Orders placed until 15:00 every day of the week except Saturday are manufactured and delivered to VIP Cargo on the next day.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED DURING DELIVERY

In accordance with the new rule to be applied in the acceptance of shipment pursuant to the Procedures and Principles on Security Measures for Mail Deliveries approved by the Information Technologies and Communication Board's decision dated 27/12/2016 and numbered 2016 / DK-YED / 517, driving license when purchasing your products from the cargo officer or store personnel You must show your identity card or passport.
